Having given much thought as to how we could most economically and efficiently expand our operation, The Board of Trustees of YOUR RESOURCE has agreed and voted, effective January 1, 2012 to merge with Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey & Philadelphia. GISNJ & Phila is the eighth largest region in the Goodwill Network and offers YOUR RESOURCE a terrific partnership and the opportunity to expand beyond Mercer County.

In addition to helping Your ReSource provide more home medical equipment to those who need it, this merger will have the following benefits:

• • a larger and more convenient location when our current lease expires in June
• • a larger inventory resulting from the establishment of equipment collection points at designated Goodwill stores
• • expanded store hours of operation
• • expanded job training and creation combining Goodwill training programs with current refurbishing operation at YOUR RESOURCE

In 2011, Your ReSource served over 2,500 people with over 5,000 items, a 30% increase over 2010. With your help, we look forward to serving even more individuals and families with refurbished home medical equipment in 2012.
